Your MTC certifies your knowledge and skills in manufacturing technologies and procedures that are of critical importance to Manufacturing personnel, CAD/CAM Designers, Engineers, Purchasing and Quality professionals. With your certification, employers will recognize your level of expertise and reward those who continuously improve their own skill sets.
Certificate Requirements:
To obtain an Manufacturing Technology Certificate – Plastics Tooling, complete the Required E-courses and 2 Elective E-courses from our Plastics Tooling Curriculum below. The electives allow you to tailor the program to your specific needs. You may take courses in any order, although beginning with the required courses and following with the electives usually works best. Note that any previously completed course may be applied toward the certificate.

All Lightspeed Online E-courses have been recommended for college credit by the American Council on Education (ACE).  By completing all of these courses in this certificate, you may earn an additional 4 college credit hours along with your LightSpeed MTC.  A passing grade of 70% or higher on the final assessments for each course is required to apply toward a MTC.
